These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jita acc platform ("Platform" or "Site") and each registered member ("Member") who uses its services. These Terms apply to browsing the site, registering an account, making deposits and withdrawals, claiming bonuses, and taking part in any gaming or betting activity.

1.1 Definitions

In this document, "Platform" refers to the jita acc website, mobile application and all related digital services. "Member" refers to a person registered on the Platform. "Account Balance" refers to the combined total of funds deposited by the member and any bonuses earned.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on jita acc, a member must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age at the time of registration. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 to create an account.
• The person registering must provide their correct identity and information — registering with false information is not permitted.
• Each person may hold only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is not allowed.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be active and belong to the member.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

After registration, or before withdrawing above a specified amount, the Platform reserves the right to verify a member's identity. This process may require submission of a government-issued ID (National ID card, passport or driving licence). Some services may be restricted until verification is complete.

2.3 Right to Reject Registration

The Platform reserves the right to reject any registration application without stating a reason, particularly if the information provided appears incomplete, false or suspicious.

3.1 Protecting Login Credentials

Members are required to keep their username and password completely confidential. Sharing login credentials with anyone else is prohibited. If a member believes that unauthorised access to their account has occurred, they must notify our customer support team immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

The member is responsible for all activity carried out on their account. Transferring, selling or allowing others to use the account is strictly prohibited. The Platform accepts no liability for any financial loss or misuse resulting from a third party using an account.

3.3 Updating Information

Members must notify the Platform immediately of any changes to their personal details (mobile number, email address, payment method). The Platform is not responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

4.1 Deposit Methods

jita acc currently accepts deposits via the following mobile wallets and banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other scheduled banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit, unless the Platform approves otherwise. Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.3 Verification and Delays

For large withdrawals or suspicious transactions, the Platform may request additional verification. If there is a delay in providing the required documents or information, withdrawal processing may be temporarily placed on hold.

4.4 Erroneous Transactions

If an incorrect amount is credited to a member's account due to a technical error, it will not be considered funds owed to the member and the Platform reserves the right to reclaim that amount. The member is required to notify the Platform as soon as they become aware of such an error.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200 — however, to withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount, meaning ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed.

5.2 Other Promotions

From time to time the Platform offers various promotional offers, including weekly deposit gifts, slot festival bonuses, special offers in the cricket section, birthday rewards and friend referral rewards. Each promotion has its own terms and wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• A member may not have more than one bonus active at the same time.
• Bonuses are not cash — winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• In the event of a bonus terms violation, the Platform reserves the right to cancel that bonus and all winnings earned from it.
• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5.4 Promotion Changes

The Platform reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. The terms of a bonus already claimed will continue to apply under the previous rules.

6.1 Betting Rules

Once a bet has been finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Bet outcomes are determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant event or game. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, the Platform reserves the right to void or adjust that bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

For bets on sporting events, outcomes are determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports governing body. If a match is suspended or abandoned, the stake is returned, unless separate rules apply to that specific event.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

The results of live casino games and slot games are entirely controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG). RTP information for each game is available in the game description. The Platform is not responsible for any issues caused by an internet disconnection during gameplay.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating or operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's information.
• Placing opposing bets in a calculated manner to gain bonus advantages (arbitrage betting).
• Using software bots, automated programs or any other improper technology to gain an advantage.
• Defrauding other members or taking any action with the intent to harm the Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical flaw or loophole in the Platform's systems.

8.1 Self-Control

Members can set their own daily, weekly or monthly deposit and betting limits. The Platform provides the tools needed to enforce these limits.

8.2 Protection of Minors

No person under the age of 21 may use the Platform. Age is verified during the registration process and additional verification may be requested in cases of suspicion.

9.1 Data Security

The Platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all member transactions and personal data secure. Login credentials and payment data are not sold to any third party.

10.1 Platform Rights

The Platform reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a member's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is found.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.

10.2 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to hold the account balance until the investigation is complete. Verified legitimate funds will be returned. Funds earned from bonuses may be forfeited in the event of a terms violation.

10.3 Member Request to Close Account

Any member may request to close their account at any time. To do so, contact the customer support team via 24/7 live chat or email. Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed (terms apply).

The jita acc platform accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Financial loss caused by the member's own negligence or error.
• Technical issues occurring on third-party platforms or payment gateways.
• Service interruption caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks or other unforeseeable events.
• Disruption to a game or bet caused by a problem with the member's own device or internet connection.

12.1 Right to Amend Terms

jita acc reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. Members will be duly notified before changes take effect — either by a notice published on the site or by notification to their registered email address.

12.2 Consent After Changes

Continuing to use the Platform after updated Terms have been published will be considered the member's acceptance of the new Terms. If a member does not agree to the new Terms, they must request account closure.
